Below you will find all the information on how to make a report.

Helping directors enforce driver discipline is down to you, the drivers.

Video evidence/timestamps made available within 48hrs of an event may be used for an investigation, any reports after 48hrs may not be investigated.
However be aware, like most, I make my race reports via replays, if I see any violations I shall investigate them.

A range of penalties can be imposed against offending drivers.

The league organiser will give notification of the penalty which has been imposed to the competitor concerned and will ensure that this information is also displayed below within this thread.

Standard SRP Racing License rules apply to all of the above, found Here & Here.

How to report an incident: Send myself a PM/Conversation within 48hrs of the event, with the following information:
    --------------------------------
    Offending driver:
    Time stamp of the Incident:
    --------------------------------

Incidents submitted may not always be given a penalty, race incidents happen.

Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. Béver couldn't avoid Fournier; who may not have known Béver was so far alongside; as Béver was in Fournier's blind spot. Wielgosz couldn't avoid Béver. There wasn't enough time for Wielgosz to anticipate the incident between Béver and Fournier, or slow down enough to avoid a slower Béver.

Description: Novaes is behind Breedon as they approach turn 5, he makes an optimistic move up the inside. Breedon and Novaes make contact. Breedon ends up in the gravel, losing several positions.
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. Breedon didn't take his natural line into turn 5, instead Breedon moves across aggressively, to the right, to defend against Novaes - who doesn't deviate, and as a result, makes contact prior to the apex.

    Race 2:

    Round 5: Jops Siffert
    (alphabetical)

    Race 1:

    Offending driver: Alexandre Novaes #69
    Timestamp: 1179
Description: Novaes is alongside Kraaijenbrink's right rear as they approach turn 5 (steep downhill corner). Kraaijenbrink turns in for the corner and makes contact with Novaes front left. Kraaijenbrink flips over and quits with damage.
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. Novaes was alongside Kraaijenbrink's car as they approached the corner. Kraaijenbrink left the racing line and turned in earlier than Novaes. Contact was inevitable.

    Race 2:

    Offending driver: Nicolas Béver #8
    Timestamp: 1203
Description: Béver is behind Novaes and gaining on him out of turn 9. As they approach turn 10, Novaes defends by going to the inside. With Béver now alongside, they both brake for the corner and make side contact. Novaes goes wide and loses 6 places, 5th to 11th. Béver gets overtaken by Foucart and remains in 6th
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. Both drivers steered towards each other a little, in the braking zone.

    Offending driver: Alexandre Novaes #69
    Timestamp: 112
Description: Novaes is in the slot in front of Béver on the grid. Béver gets a better start and tries to go to the left of Novaes. Novaes, still ahead, makes a defensive move. Béver has nowhere to go and makes slight contact to the rear of Novaes.
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. The leading driver can choose his line up until the driver behind brings ANY PART OF HIS CAR beside the leading cars rear bumper: at that moment the driver ahead is obliged to leave one car width of space.

    Offending driver: Alexandre Novaes #69
    Timestamp: 262
Description: Going into turn 9. Novaes is on the inside of Ansell. Béver is behind them both. Novaes is ahead of Ansell at the apex. Béver catches them both and exiting the apex of the turn, Béver is alongside Ansell. Béver makes slight contact to Ansell's side as they run wide out of the corner, this in turn causes Ansell to make contact with Novaes rear, who is still just ahead of them both. Novaes wobbles as they all approach the braking zone. Novaes regains composure and makes a defensive move to cover Béver. Béver, who is now at Novaes right rear, makes a slight move to the left towards the racing line at the same time Novaes makes his defensive move. Béver, brakes later than Novaes and makes contact with Novaes rear.
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. Novaes couldn't help the fact that his car was unsettled by another driver - he was unable to make a defensive move earlier. By the time he had regained composure, he was still ahead and was entitled to make his defensive move. Novaes also generally brakes earlier than than Béver.

    Offending driver: Alexandre Novaes #69
    Timestamp: 450
Description: Béver is behind Novaes as they exit the final turn onto the straight. Béver gets a tow and goes for Novaes left. Novaes makes a defensive move to the left to cover. As they approach turn 1, they both return to the racing line for the corner.
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. The leading driver can choose his line up until the driver behind brings ANY PART OF HIS CAR beside the leading cars rear bumper: at that moment the driver ahead is obliged to leave one car width of space. Novaes made one change of direction to defend, and then retook the racing line for the corner.

    Offending driver: Alexandre Novaes #69
    Timestamp: 1185
Description: Novaes goes over the crest of turn 5, with Breedon ahead and Béver behind.
Breedon makes a mistake and loses speed. Novaes avoids him by going to Breedon's left for the next turn. As Novaes passes Breedon at the apex (all 4 wheels outside the line to avoid Breedon on the apex), Breedon makes contact with Novaes. Breedon goes wide and loses 3 places, 5th to 8th.
Penalty: Racing incident, no action taken. Exiting such a fast corner, the only possible way for Novaes to avoid Breedon was by going to the left of him. Had he not done so, the incident could've been far worse.

To clarify. A driver may make 1 defensive move, they may then take whatever line they like for the corner. This does not constitute to 'more than one change of direction to defend a position'. If that driver, prior to (or after) taking his line for the corner - makes another defensive move other than described, then this can be penalised.
