    1. Pre-Qualy event Zandvoort:
    • race 1

    - Dark spun Hekkenberg which was avoidable
    - Hekkenberg lost 10 places and about 10 sec
    - Prikken got also affected, lost 5 places and about 10 sec
    - Dark didn't wait and let them re-pass

    --> With severe disadvantage to the affected driver (e.g. losing many places and time or even DNF the race)
    - 1 min penalty to the race result of Dark

    - Breedon didn't wait but let Dark repass 2 laps later without defending as he notice Dark behind him, which appease the penalty

    - Ace spun Olsson and caused a mass collision and damage to several drivers
    - Olsson lost 11 places
    - Ace didn't wait and let them re-pass

    --> With severe disadvantage to the affected driver (e.g. losing many places and time or even DNF the race)
    - Ace risked too much into first corner and should much more careful next time to avoid such incidents
    - as a time penalty wouldn't have any effect on his result, a point deduction of 10 points will be applied to the team: Playteam I.
    - no effect for next race

    - Demolin spun Lopez, which led to a chain reaction that Moore couldn't avoid Dark, with the result Dark spun too.
    - Lopez lost 5 places

    - Demolin gained no advantage

    - as a time penalty wouldn't have any effect on Demolin's result, a point deduction of 5 points will be applied to the team: Iron Curtain Racing. No further action regarding Moore's driving

    - Grönvalls lost 6 places and about 10 sec
    - Battaglia waited and gave positions back.

    - obviously the incident was caused by lag at Battaglia's end (as reported). No penalty will applied as Battaglia took the right decision and stopped driving afterwards so as to not to damage anyone's else race
    - no effect for next race

    A borderline case according the rules, but Löffler has to give back the position.


    Transgressions such as exceeding track limits (R1 & R2) will also be investigated:

    We came to the conclusion, that no one gained any significant advantage when cutting compared to driving the section on the normal racing line. In fact no one persistently cut at any section of the track, therefore no penalty will be applied finally.
